We assisted plaintiff's counsel in valuing the losses suffered as a result of a health organization's malpractice. We provided an assessment of the losses resulting from the plaintiff's disability. Valuation included loss of wages, profit sharing participation, medical benefits and retirement pension. We also computed the replacement value of the non-market services.
